For the most part the assembly was easy. However, when I got to the final step and had to attach the main control box to the underside of the table, there were no pre-made holes where the screws were meant to go. I didn't want to risk drilling my own holes in case I went straight through the other side! I decide to apply 3M strips and stick it to the table. Also, the holes for the legs/cross-beam seemed to be the wrong way around in relation to the alignment of holes for the buttons component. As a result the cable had to run over the cross-beam, not a big deal but it's the opposite to the instructions.

I had been putting off the idea of getting an Electric Standing Height Adjustable Desk; dreading the assembly of the desk, conceiving it as an unjustifiable expense ..etc., but am so glad that eventually saw an Ad from Jory Henley. The experience was awesome - placing the order, the promptness and action of the staff were exceptionally great. I had opted to pick it up from their store in Link Drive on the shore; the staff was a pleasure to deal with. The assembly exceeded my expectation in how straightforward it was, it took me around 2.5 hours to assemble but if I had followed the instructions more closely -in having 2 people for the assembly - it would've taken less time and effort. Altogether I was quite impressed with Jory Henley and am thankful for that.

It's a great desk that functions really well. The only thing keeping it from being 5 starts is that some of the pre-drilled holes hadn't been, so there were a couple of extra minutes to set up. Other than that, a desk that does exactly what it says it will!

The desk is nice and just what I was after. But the service was TERRIBLE! I had to ring them multiple times a week for 5 weeks for them to finally get my desk delivered. They also lied and said it had been booked with mainfreight and sent me tracking code but hadn’t actually booked it with them so that was an extra week delay.
